v2.0.3 Fix crash in dark panel mode

This release fixes a crash when trying to load the module while Rack’s Use dark panels if available option is enabled.

Other changes:

Sum polyphony on main inputs.
Synchronize button lights with loop cycle.

v2.0.2 Wider panel, bigger buttons

This release brings the first improvements to the panel design.

Changes:

Increase the panel width to 18 HP.
Consolidate ports at the bottom of the panel.
Increase the size of the buttons and make them light up.

v2.0.1 Longer loops, re-trigger, reset

This release squeezes a couple more controls onto the panel prototype and increases the maximum loop length.

Changes:

Max. loop time context menu option allowing for a maximum loop time of 6 minutes at 48 kHz.
TRIG button and CV input that can be used to re-trigger a loop.
RESET button and CV input that can be used to reset the looper state.
Expander module that outputs the control states of the main module

v2.0.0 First release available for testing

This is the first version of the plugin to be made available for testing. Some empty space has been left on the panel to allow for the addition of more features as development and testing continues.

This release delivers the following features:

Unrounded Multiply
Toggle and Sustain control modes
Undo up to four operations
Mute control
Loop level control
Mix, Insert, and Gate mix modes in the context menu
De-click control in the context menu
End-of-cycle trigger output
Dual mono input and output
Maximum loop time of 30 seconds

The first release has been assigned the version number 2.0.0 due to the requirement that a plugin’s major version must match the version of VCV Rack that the plugin is compatible with (in this case, VCV Rack 2).

The name of the plugin will be “Untitled Looper” until I can think of a better name. So far, no effort has been made to optimize CPU usage. This release has been tested on Mac and Windows. An untested Linux build is available for download.
